SPACESLY
Spacesly is an AI-powered platform that matches users with the best coworking spaces tailored to their requirements and needs.
(1) Challenge
The main challenge was to design a platform that connects companies/freelancers with spaces tailored to their unique needs. The goal was to address the limitations in existing systems by streamlining the search process, eliminating the inefficient task of contacting coworking providers individually, and offering personalized, AI-driven recommendations.
(2) Goals
-
Design an intuitive user experience with integrated AI-driven recommendations that are relevant and personalized.
-
Streamline the process of searching, comparing, filtering and booking coworking spaces or tours to save users time and effort.
-
Incorporate coworking plans and 3D space tours to provide an immersive and personalized experience for users.

(4) User flow

(5) Wireflow

(6) Visual Design
My next step was to define the product's look and feel, including the color palette, button states, imagery, video content, typography, and other visual elements.

(7) Outcome & Improvements
"Spacesly" showcases a user-centered approach to coworking solutions, with features that offers a seamless blend of customization and simplicity. Although user testing couldn’t be conducted, the design decisions were thoughtfully crafted to address real-world challenges and fill gaps in the market.
Given more time, integrating a desk layout tool could further enhance customization, allowing users to dynamically visualize and adjust workspace layouts for deeper personalization. Overall, this project was an invaluable opportunity to explore the integration of AI in UX design, emphasizing the power of thoughtful, user-focused strategies.

(3) Quantitive insights
During my 3 years at Mindspace as part of the projects team, I worked closely with the sales team to prepare layouts, as businesses often struggled to find coworking spaces that met their specific needs. This highlighted the demand for a more personalized and efficient way to match companies with spaces that truly fit their requirements. Below are some key insights I gathered in collaboration with the 'Sales' team:
What percentage of inquiries does the sales team receive that specify particular requirements?

65% of inquires have specific requirements
35% of inquires do not include any special requests
What are the main features required by mid-to-large size companies?
